Features
Compensation and
Benefits:
Bradley Associates offers competitive pay based upon an evaluation of the individual's academic achievements and experience. Each individual's performance and compensations is reviewed annually. In addition, Bradley Associates offer an attractive list of benefits to our employees such as health and life insurance, health savings accounts, 401(k) retirement plans, profit sharing, paid parking, mileage reimbursement, and others.
Travel:
Our personnel are given opportunities to travel across the United States. However, every attempt is made to keep travel time to a level that makes it interesting but not so much as to be burdensome. The firm is very flexible in meeting each individual's needs.
Continuing Education:
We at Bradley Associates feel that continuing education of our staff is not only good for each individual staff member, but it is critical to our business. As a result, every employee, from the Partners to the Staff, must complete a minimum of 40 hours of Continuing Professional Education every year, with a total of 120 hours in a three year period. As an added benefit, the firm pays for all Continuing Professional Education costs for each employee.
